that's an easy one, someone who needs healing is going to be emotionally loud, so a healing slap will shut them up handily especially since the one's most likely to be grateful for the healing would also be courteous enough to try and calm down on purpose while the ingrates forget all about it and simmer down on their own.

Fun fact: Using Bait or Rocks in Gen1 Safari Zone respective lowers catchrate for lower escape% and higher catchrate for higher escape%. This mechanic is useless since it ultimately neuralizes itself. The way to catch Pokemon in SZ is to simply chuck a ball at it every turn. If you use any other method, you waste a turn not catching it

Hatterene was one of my favourite pokemon when I got Sword and I still love her. I also love how she's one of the "evil" fairies. AKA some of the classic fairies that have values that are vastly different than human values. Her value is emotional silence.

I got a refurbished Galaxy S7. Two weeks later it damn near exploded in my pocket and got as hot as the handle of the cast iron pan on the stove when making omelets. Luckily we have a good freezer and we prevented the thermal runaway from progressing too quickly and it shorted itself out over a few days between two baking sheets in there after the battery kindly opened up the phone for us and we removed it from the phone. Now, a week after, I have almost completed the first charge cycles on my new Galaxy S10.
