Thanks for your comment. In the video by mistake I said it’s 2.8/- per Kw. But I meant to say that ₹2.8/- per km In 1kw the car runs approximately 7-8km. The cost of 1kw Public charging is maximum ₹20/- 20/7=2.857 I hope I have cleared..👍

Hi, ഞാൻ ഒരു essence model book ചെയ്തിട്ടുണ്ട്. ഇതിന്റെ കൂടെയുളള free charger set ചെയ്യാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും additional cost ആയിരുന്നോ. അതോ sevice wire (16mm aluminium cable)മാറ്റുന്നത് ഒഴികെ ബാക്കി എല്ലാം company ചെയ്ത് തന്നിരുന്നോ? Please reply

Touchne kaal koduthal nalath switches ann like head light adjustment,ac control, orvm control, sound control ne okke...karanam aa screen noki set akan during driving will be a distraction.

The things is that the points that you mentioned above are all available with physical switches in Mg Windsor EV except the head light. But head light has got dimmer and upper switch to toggle. Once you get used with the steering switches everything will normalise. ☺️ I felt little awkward initially but now everything is fine. 👌

Hi, Thank you for sharing your detailed and informative video as an owner of the Windsor EV. How effective is the air conditioning in the windsor ev during the day when the weather is hot? I am only asking as there seems to be a concern regarding it's cooling especially in areas where the climate has a tendency to be hot. For example, In Delhi / NCR the weather can reach almost 48 degrees in peak summer and I wonder whether the windsor will be able to handle this. Most of the negative feedback came during October in the test drives after it was launched when the temperature was around 33 degrees. If that is the case, then it will be a major problem for the Windsor and it's potential buyers in really hot places. Your feedback on the same would be beneficial before making a purchase decision. @@jmkoshy hi According to me the AC is working fine once I installed the sunfilm. you don’t even think that u can drive the Windsor without sun film if it’s sunny and the temperature is 48. I installed the Garware Arctic cool sun film as it was little uncomfortable for the driver and co passengers. I feel the front windshield is the largest in Windsor compared to any other car. The dashboard becomes hot and I could feel the hot temp reflecting from the dash board. The 2nd row seat is cool even if it has a single AC blower vent. If you go for any cheap sunfilm it will not control the temperature. The roof’s curtains are flimsy which is not adequate to regulate the hotness of the top glass. Even though the roof glass is tinted, it isn’t sufficient to control the temperature. So there also I had to install a sun film. Which hinders the view outside. If you have any plans to buy this car , I will advise you to get the mid version. The one without sunroof and you will have to sacrifice the ventilated seats for the mid version. Thank you for your reply. It is much appreciated. Did you install the 'Garware Arctic Cool' sunfilm on the front & rear windshield, all passenger windows and the sun roof? If yes, how much did it cost along with installation? Also, is this legal and allowed under the law across India? Why did you finally decide to use Garware Arctic Cool and no other brand or Ice Cool for that matter? Did you first apply your fast tag and then the sun film or did you provide a cut out for the fast tag? How is the vehicle cooling now post installation on all the glass panels and how long does it take for the car to get cool and comfortable as compared to before the installation? Regards

@@jmkoshy Yes I have installed Garware Arctic Cool for al my windows, back glass. As it comes as a set in one pack. Before going for the Garware I did some research before installation. From the Internet I found that people say 3M is 3x costly but results were similar. I have not experienced 3M products. 3M Might be good but I didn’t take risk to pay 3x more compared to Garware. Front windshield is also Arctic cool windshields sun film with anti glare. The windshield film is worth installing. It keeps the dash board and the big display cool. And my thighs don’t get heated up with the sunrays. The fast tag was done by the Dealership and film is installed above the fast tag. The guy installed the film above the fast tag. There are no air pockets surrounding the tag. After the installation of the films vehicle is 25-30% cooler compared to the stock. And the car ac function was decent before the film installation but after it the temperature i usually set is at 24 or 24.5 but before I had to kelp the temp at 22 or 21 in. Kerala weather conditions.

@@jaimpaul Windsor and mahindra two are of different categorise. Windsor is cute,spacious and gives a comfortable driving experience. But when needed we can power up for overtaking. But km range is 300-320km BE06 and 9E are Mahindra Beasts that are getting ready to kill other competitors. They look sexy and the driver will love to drive it. But as per the videos I have seen BE and XEV are having little space issues in the back. But has long range. And spend more compared to Windsor. But if you keep comparing 🤯🤯 future vehicle u won’t be able to buy any vehicles. As every car maker is trying to upgrade their cars to stick in the competition. Decision is yours what u want the most in a car.

By the time the battery gets more degraded there will be options for upgrading to new battery in future or replacement of the damaged cells. As these car have prismatic cells. I feel after 1300cycles the battery will have 80% And after this cycles your savings will be sufficient to buy a new battery or a new car.

Why u need a cng when u get 1) A non polluting and free source of solar energy to recharge your cars. 2) The running cost of an EV is typically lower than a CNG car, especially when charged at home. For example, the Tata Tiago EV has a running cost of around Rs 1.4 per kilometer, while the Tiago CNG has a running cost of around Rs 3.4 per kilometer. 3) EVs have lower maintenance costs than CNG cars 4) EVs have zero tailpipe emissions, while CNG cars have significantly lower emissions than petrol or diesel cars.
