I spend a morning searching for sea glass with Alessio Mandara. He explains how he had the idea to create a jewellery line made with pieces of sea glass that he finds on the beaches of Positano with his family. You can find the collection here:

We make more elderflower cordial, this time choosing a recipe with citric soda in it so we can conserve the cordial for longer (if we don't drink it first!)

I love sea glass. I would make top of the coffee table for the gardem or huge fruit garden plate and few other things. My daughter was just before covid in Positano, Capri, A Coast and few other places docking on the yacht. She never knew about sea glass as she would collect some. As soon we have covid immunisations we a on the mission to Italy =) If I am in Positano I will send you message on your channel to see us for gelato and you have to walk again your steps lol.

The Sea Glass jewellery is amazing. I love the rings. Their oil on canvas and newspaper paintings are also awesome! I love the Bolero dancer ones. With you promoting local business like this you should negotiate 'online discount' codes with the different businesses who come via your channel. :-) Your elderflower looked amazing especially in the Absolut Vodka bottles. Before I moved to London I had a whole collection of different Absolut bottles! Guess I will have to start over collecting them.

Hello! Enjoying your beautiful videos very much. The sights and sounds are such a tonic as we continue to "shelter in place" in Montgomery County, Maryland, USA. There is something magical about sea glass, the way each shape is unique and shaped by the ocean. I have never been to Positano(some day, I hope!) , but have some sea-polished stones from the Irish Sea (south of Dublin) on a plate in my kitchen. Looking forward to watching all the vlogs. HI Nicki, I really enjoyed this one (only discovered you in the last couple of days) We live on Waiheke Island, New Zealand.. you mention New Zealand a bit I notice which is cool, our property has been in our family for five generations and has a little beach which, everyday after work, I take the dog down to (only 53 steps) and collect what seaglass I can find.. its amazing how much has come out of what is really a private beach.. you have to walk around the rocky coast to get to it.... anyway, I enjoyed the connection from the opposite side of the world and wanted to let you know. :)

So glad things are starting to approach normalcy. It’s great to see you guys out and about and how did you get so many things on that bike? Did you ever get more? I grew up in Brooklyn across from an inlet of the Atlantic and there was constant erosion and treasures washing ashore. Over the decades the erosion revealed Bakelite which artists and collectors gobbled up for their work and collections. This all came from Robert Moses, a famed Parks Commissioner, who evicted families for roads. In their haste to leave they left glass bottles, toys and jewelry which were bulldozed and buries in the landfill where I lived.
