“As humans, there is no escaping loss. There's no amount of money that you can make. There's no amount of impact or fame you can have that is going to shield you from loss. Death is inevitable. Loss is inevitable. This is one of those really beautiful emotions that bonds us as humans, just like love does. And so, the capacity to grieve is also the capacity to be connected to humanity, to have a thread through which you can not only feel your own grief but also feel the grief of other people.” - John Wineland

What a discovery - In the process of becoming whole I discovered this work about 4 years ago... This vehicle - aka “The Embodied Relationship Experience” is an incredible tool for learning what I never was taught regarding my wholling and intimate relationships with women. So much here regarding the sacred holding of another human being in the sanctity of their space and at the same time trusting / being invited to explore the deeper aspects of relating in the journey sacred intimacy both emotional and physical. To be Met! “The work” as its termed is holding the space and at the same time peeling the layers of protection and caring for another as they heal... Not a casual area to explore by any means. John is very articulate in the delivering of this call to heal deeply..

I don't know how this video has so little engagement! This is absolute gold! Thank you so much for creating this work! A friend recommended "The Future of Men's Work" to me and I am working my way through "The Embodied Relationship Experience" playlist. I am absolutely loving it! It seems as if each subject I've already been wrestling with and found insights on are being given new light and restructuring. I feel so deeply appreciative of your way of expressing all of this. Thank you!!! 🥰🙏

Somehow perfect timing.. My grief process is going strong as My twin flame, mother of my child, and I decided to end our relationship. She was more ready than me to let go. My love for her is beyond what I thought possible. And as you say the grief is equal to the love we have. It's hard yet letting go is necessary. She is free to be. So am I, I guess. The hardest part is forgiving myself for not being able to provide for our family over the years. I know I am growing a lot through this. Thank you for this beautiful opening about grief❣️

Forgiving myself for being far away from my son. Forgiving myself for not being able to fully express my love for my twin flame and not being able to fully be there for her.
