I think it's a different effect if you don't have the attribute. If your build had 93 strength with legend badge it would be more effective since not many people have builds with 93+

I made a Luka build with HOF strong handles 6’7… 88 layup, 92 midd, 75 dunk - i found out in the rec that if my matchup isn’t strong, I can consistently hit midrange snatch backs like 2k18

I have my build at 97 and I also found that eventually the defense will start to collapse and pinch to cut your lanes off… at that point you can dish to your teammates or ABUSE that Zach Lavine crossover to split defenders… still looking for a good floater to cheese for when that 2-3 defense try to stop me

Having the actual stat matters on certain badges instead of the whole +1 I got mine on paint patroller n it's def ain't as good as I thought it would be. I have strong handles and immovable on legend on my pg through the stats, can def tell a difference.
