I don't want to withhold my love, I don't know what's wrong with me, I have very weird schizophrenic perceptions. I see why you make the people do what they do and that triggered something between higher and lower consciousness somehow which made me freeze. I don't want to withhold my love, I must know how it works and how to give it so I lose my insecurities and it can flow

Something happens that disturbs you or triggers an unloving thought... give a silent thank-you to the situation or person for bringing up what needs to be healed, what was already in you, for letting you love them now... and just allow that feeling to come up... be with that feeling in the body completely (this may mere seconds to even hours)... make a choice to love what is happening, to love the person... see yourselves smiling together and let go.
