Amen to that. I'm on my third church in four months because Dr. Baucham has spoiled me with his deep, intelligent sermons. Every pastor I've seen lately is weak, earth bending, and subtlety changes the words in Scripture to be more motivational and positive. Too much music and events announcements and little worshipping of God.

The parallel between Mark 15 and Psalm 22, left me speechless, once again. WOW! God's prophetic and infallible Word! I bow in awe, of you Lord. --Thank you, Pastor Voddie, for your exegetical teaching. I appreciate you sharing the historical aspects of the time and location of Jesus' crucifixion and breaking down those aspects with Scripture; this teaching deepened my understanding. The Holy Spirit, once again, allowed me to see more of God's Word through reading it and listening to your tutelage. Your videos are great except for one thing. You cut out the very last part of the message and play some form of music. I would enjoy the videos more if we could get the entire sermon and then the music could be applied afterwards. Just my thoughts

Never, ever let any preacher tell you what he thinks of a passage of scripture without FIRST SEEKING THE HELP OF GOD'S HOLY SPIRIT which is given to ALL believers to learn how to interpret His Word.
