Kirsten Dunst, who has starred in such films as "Interview with the Vampire," "Melancholia" and "Spider-Man," is getting Oscar buzz for her poignant acting in Jane Campion's period drama, "The Power of the Dog." She talks with correspondent Luke Burbank about seeking treatment for depression; starring opposite her real-life partner Jesse Plemons; and a trick she learned for how to play drunk.

I truly adore Kirsten Dunst. And I truly admire her high spirits on what it takes to act and live a well-balanced life and cure depression, just like how we learned from Tony Dow.

I like that she literally did any kinf of roles during her career: blockbusters like Spiderman, art movies like Melancholy and romcoms like Bring it on.... She has range! Glad she got finally nominated for an Oscar!

I’ve loved Kirsten since Bring It On. She chooses such dynamic roles and has such a healthy relationship with her work and fame. I’m excited to see this.

Bravo! I'm happy for her! She survived the industry and has become a beautiful grown woman. Sadly, too many child actors and many adults do Not survive the industry. So, yes, Bravo to Her!!❣

Omg hearing Kiki talk was so soothing. She sounds truly honest and humble. Just comparing her presence with the likes of madonna or Mariah makes me appreciate celebrities like kirsten dunst way more.

I've been a fan of Kirsten Dunst since 'Interview With A Vampire' (which she was was GROSSLY robbed of an Oscar nomination). She is always excellent. I highly recommend 'The Power of The Dog'. The performances are extraordinary.

It’s virtually a wrap that she will be nominated and win her first Oscar for this film! 🎞 🙏 And I can’t believe how fast 💨 time flies-from child actress to middle age practically overnight😩❤️🙏 And Kristen now is looking a lot like an amalgamation of 60’s Hollywood ingenues Diana Varsi, Carol Lynley and Yvette Mimieux!

Love her! Wish her and her family the best. She has truly evolved into a truly wonderful actor. If Oscars don’t come calling, shame on them. Her performance was so beautiful and subtle matched by Cumberbatch’s powerful performance. As a fellow Texan, yay! Austin is a great city to raise kids.

I saw Power of the Dog twice. Had to watch it twice to figure out what I missed the first go round. Fascinating movie, especially if you don't mind slow and subtle. Had no idea that Dunst was partnered with Plemons. Two powerful, talented actors. Impressive. I'm glad she sounds more grounded than ever. This is important in show business.

Many times when someone reaches age 27 they have and go through a Saturn Return in their astrological chart which is right inline with when Kristin's life changed and she had the foresight to follow through with her changes as it all came forward.

They spent $30-40 million on making the film and on box office it made Only $207,014!

Netflix don’t care if they did good or in theaters. It’s a streaming behemoth. Look at The Irishmen it’s one of the most Netflix produced films yet didn’t quiet good in theaters, it went straight to their streaming.
