A God Box is any physical box with notes on which you write your dreams, problems, desires, or hard-to-make decisions and thoughts. Basically, you are turning them over to God. Personally, I include the date and end all my requests with the statement, "Thy will be done!" or "בעזרת השם נעשה ונצליח.”
A God Box is a simple-yet extremely powerful-tool to help you let go of concerns, worries, and nagging/unwanted thoughts; those issues you cannot find a solution to or change right away. By journaling on a piece of paper what you want to change or what is bothering you, you admit it, let go of it, and quiet your mind. The great benefit of a God Box is the physical journaling; writing down your worries and concerns and placing them into the box. Somehow your mind receives the signal that you can be free of wanting to revisit and dwell on the problems that are now safely tucked away in a box, turned over to a Higher Power who will take care of them for you in the right time and manner.
I've been using my God Box for years, and it's been a game-changer for me. It’s my go-to method for finding peace amidst chaos, and I love it so much that I’m a big advocate for everyone to have one.💖🕊️🌈
