Thank goodness for my dog that I DO get outside EVERY morning rain snow and/or shine. I Truly believe this is a great way to start the day. Great guidance Dr Nancy :)

Thank you Doc. Appreciate your valuable suggestion. Certainly morning walk is d best to get yourself going throughout the day. My spiritual Master, Jagadguruttam Sri Kripaluji Maharaj used to wake up 3 in the morning and towards the last few years of his life he had started getting up midnight and used to walk .....almost 3-4 times a day. Ever since I met Him in early 2000's I realise the potential of this simple yet powerful exercise. Thanks for reaching out and you take care and stay healthy 🌷

Thank you doc. Just here in Europe during winter time at 6AM it is still very dim but yes, there is no excuse... walking is the best exercise.

Excuse me doc sorry to interupt but i am the oposite of the case.....i mean i regurly walk in morning and do some yoga and routine excercise but my motabalism is not getty healthy.....i am losing wight i on the other side want to gain more weight but dnt know y my weight is falling even though i am takin healthy food excercise and i have a weakness in my body as well......
