Hi Charles. Your opinion please on parabolic type punches , rather than straight out straight back punches . 👊 Punching through the target rather than at. The arm alignment twisting from wrist or from elbow, and finally the knuckles best used on contact..? These are just questions not criticisms by the way. Your coaching is comprehensive and professional thank you. 👍
