Of course, Westerners don't know any better. But I get what the original commenter is saying, it doesn't sound natural. Except for Sindhu Vee (Mother), who has a perfect city North Indian accent. While many Indian Americans may be familiar with American vegetables and some might even be impressed by certain varieties, it's important to note that the Indian American community is diverse and their preferences vary . Some Indian Americans may miss the taste of specific vegetables grown in India, and there has been a growing trend of Indian farmers in the U.S. supplying traditional Indian vegetables to meet this demand .
