Un groupe tellement parfait! Et ce dès le premier album. Un peu venu de nulle part le groupe a livré une musique alors assez unique. Du punk elle avait retenu l’énergie mais avec un talent incroyable technique. Le jeu de guitarre de Honeymann-Scott est merveileux

Great voice and you can see the original guitars used to record the first alblum. Chrissie's white tele. JHS's 1976 wine red LP and in the back there a 1962 ES 335. Where these guitars are now no one knows???

Je les ai vus l'année suivante au bataclan, Chrissie était belle , rock et sexy, son groupe à son meilleur...Une bagarre a éclaté devant la scène......Chrissie a attétéles musiciens en plein morceau, elle est allée vers les 2 mecs qui se battaient, juste devant la la scène, et a mis un coup de talon aiguille sur le crane de l'un d'eux 😂, ça les a calmés, elle est revenu au micro, a dit "It's a rock'n roll concert here, not a ring!" 🤣 Et ils ont repris le morceau......LA CLASSE ROCK absolue....

It was a weekly TV show with live gigs but the audience didn't know who would play that day beforehand so they were not necessarily fans of the bands (most of the time, 2 bands played each time))...plus french audience are quite picky ;-)

Martin was incredible on drums here but he did lose tempo on last tune. Talk about a demanding roll. He is legendary as well as the James and Pete.

Certes..De Caunes était jeune....mais j'ai vu tellement de bons concerts "en exclu" au studio de l'Empire et ailleurs (Stray Cats, Dire Straits, Mink De Ville et autres) que je lui pardonne.....
