Ive been here for at least 8 years (back in the logical fallacy video days), and it's been pretty remarkable. I don't particularly like idolizing prominent figures (because I'm a dirty anarchist), but I don't think there are many people I admire more than Abigail. I thill think the Steve Bannon video was one of the most impressive and clever pieces of informative PropagandArt I've seen. I don't know if that's a real term, I just made it up, but it seems like it makes sense.

I remember, back then, dutifully watching your Shakespeare stream from beginning to end, going to sleep only once throughout the entire thing. It was an exceptional experience to share with all the guests and the viewers, and I will always cherish it. (Shoutout to Richard III, Julius Caesar, Antony and Cleopatra, Romeo and Juliet, Macbeth, and the Merchant of Venice : some of the best moments.) What a journey it's been since then, I can't wait to watch this.

Cried when I watched this live. It's all the right amounts of funny and serious, both playful and deeply informed by Shakespearean tradition. I haven't really heard other people talk about this, but a lot of the play is written in original verse. There are heart wrenching, completely original dialogues that could have been crafted by the bard himself. Not only is Abi an phenomenal actor, but a ridiculously talented and well studied playwright to boot. Even if you aren't a fan of Shakespeare, The Prince is a completely stand alone work. The modern dialogue fits so seamlessly into the verse that you'd never notice the switches. If you have read Shakespeare, you're only going to like this show more. The Prince deserves every bit of praise it receives, please PLEASE go watch it

This is so exciting! I'm gonna watch with my mum. I sent her your 'coming out' video a little while back - I asked both my folks to do some independent research on the trans experience bc I want them to have a wider understanding and not expect me, their trans son, to explain everything and be able to express the nuances on the fly - and I've never seen her so excited to talk about something she watched. She rarely ever likes to watch media critically, so it was amazing being able to have that conversation with her. Found out she's super into philosophy! She said she cried watching that video, and that it really helped open her eyes to things I've tried to say with much less finesse. The dangers of talking off-the-cuff I suppose lmao. Anyway; your work has brought my mother and I much closer during a tumultuous time in our family. Thank you so much Ms Thorne! You're a gift to humanity.

I'm sorry, I am sure you hear this a lot, but you're such an inspiration for me. I started watching you probably like 6 years ago, when I was a highschool student still unsure over whether coming out as non binary was even worth the struggle. You were making thoughtful videos in front of a bookcase. Nowadays, I have transitioned and I am at my last semester at uni (political science). And you're acting, writing, directing, campaigning for basic rights and youtubing! I would so love to see this! Does anyone know if there’s a televised version of this anywhere? I’m in Germany and not planning on going to the UK anytime soon… I’ve been watching philosophy tube for more years than I can remember and it’s so incredible watching this transformation of resilience, strength, brilliance and creativity unfold in Abi before my eyes. And the price for a year of Nebula is like for a month of other streaming services so... I mean it's like the Price alone worth it and there's a lot of different stuff and early releases and so on.
