When we first started we did a couple of dealerships and rental car companies. We are looking to get back into those spaces starting next year. Without being too specific, how were you able to take over the entire detailing department? What pitch or negotiating tactics did you employ to bag the contract and what advice can you give?

@@epicautointernational Honestly there’s no pitch… I just show up often to remind the Service Manger that I was available. At some point I felt like my time was coming and I’d receive a phone call. Keep those business relationships tight and something good will come from it. Just keep showing up no matter how many times they say,”Thanks we already have a crew”…
