To them, the blue hallways have some sort of substance that is invisible to us and cannot smell, but to the entities, it is toxic, so they stay away from it to not die. Basically, since we come from an alternate reality, the Frontrooms, we are not affected. Each level is its own reality, so rules work differently in each level.

Lil theory here. I feel like kitty wants to mimic the effects of the promised land since you can walk through a pink door to get to the promised land. I feel that kitty was somehow tied to the promised land and thats why it loves to collect cute items or thats why the level mimics the safe haven effects of the promised land? This is kind of a dumb theory though since there may be factors im missing but its nice to think of it.

I have a theory on what partypoopers are: So,as you know that partygoers "infect"their victim by latching onto them with weird,sucker like arm,and after the transformation,the victim-turned-partygoer develops a general distaste for other lived,so maybe some of of the P.G (partygoer) retained their mind and continued to co-operate with their counterparts in fear of war and going extinct(foreshadow😂),and the reason they find such hiding clothes ( hoodies ,masked ,full pants/jeans) is to hide their identity and not scare of explorers from themselves.the reason they lost the fun wars was because the numbers of the party pooper were lower than the P.G as it is quite rare for a party goer to remain sentient Any thoughts?

While I was scrolling around the backrooms wikidot and fandom, they showed how Partypoopers were found in The Promised Land. The Promised Land is basically what people call a paradise and was recalled as a myth until people found an entrance (Running those 16 kilometers in !-!). The partypoopers don’t recall how they got there and was thought to be extinct after The Fun War but apparently not. My god long paragraph. Who read the whole thing? To be honest I found out about this level after finding out about level !’s sublevel, level !-!. 3999 have a easy entrance trough luck on level 11, and you can get there by level 9, to 9 by 8 and 8 by the hub (1)

I’d say the backrooms version of hell is level 666, since it’s LITERALLY your biggest fears, regrets, and traumatic experiences, all in one level, which either leads to your death, or you somehow survive that hell.
