Wait a minute, God had already decided it’s time, all the way back in the Book of Acts 2,000 years ago to pour out the Set Apart Spirit. During the dark ages, no one was following God, the Catholic Church was their god. God has been waiting for us to repent so that we could receive the Set Apart Spirit. Like keeping His Sabbaths, His Feast Days, eat clean foods, and observe His new moons. If the Protestant who came out of the Catholic Church during the reformation would have followed God and repented, they too would have received the Set Apart Spirit, but they didn’t, they still followed the Catholic church keeping Sun-day, Christ-mass, Easter, Halloween, and eating unclean foods. There is no cycle here.
