Thanks ahead of time. Im looking for a 1/4 or 1/2 acre lot with electric and water (sewer) for rv (van cant tell if its an rv from the outside) or to build small frame home...could be almost anywhere....blessings

Hi! The job market is huge for social workers here. That was my moms line of work for a long time!

@@SoldWithNicholas oh nice. I’ll keep Central Arkansas on my radar. My grandparents lived in Reed, AR. when I was growing up and I’ve always said I want to live in Arkansas when I grow up. But Reed is too small. I have many cousins that live in Conway and would love to be near them again. So Living driving distance from them would be ideal. I am Currently living in Cali. Time to go. 🤷🏽‍♀️

I do have a kid. She’s 3.5 so not in school yet. We have neighbors that have kids in the local schools, they like it. There are plenty of options close by too. Just as an FYI, crime and safety stats were just released for last year. Maumelle was the 17th safest city in the state. When you look at the population and location of other higher ranked places, Maumelle is VERY safe. High income, low poverty. A guy a few homes down is a Maumelle PD officer. He loves his boring job
