My guess is... based on what you said with your struggles on how subtitles was presented, that plot hole of happened in December 2023, and then 8 years later he did something else, you probably missed/misread something in your reading of the subtitles... maybe they combined fake and real stories... or maybe the 8 year thing was them saying something fictional about the character 🤷‍♂
