10:56 Ben, I have been watching your videos long term; I guess, in a way, it was “ to help me feel grounded.” As you stated, however, I did not realize I had been watching your channel for a long time. However, God is so good, and he works in mysterious ways. I was doing the exercise with you today, with my arms crossed, inhaling, exhaling, etc., thinking about all the Hell I have been put through. And for the first time in a very long time, I allowed the pain that I have become so good at making myself numb to; I allowed it to penetrate my mind, my heart, my body, and my soul. I was so overwhelmed with the pain that I began sobbing for the first time in a long time. I taught myself not to cry when he hurt me anymore because I learned that the crying only fueled him. Today, however, your video resonated with me on a different level. I had been beating myself up for so long for being so stupid, but when you gave the analogy that, “I wouldn’t sit here and beat myself up for not being smart enough to do algebra when I was three years old.” That’s when it finally clicked, and the light bulb went off. I need help. Would you suggest I start with the seven-day challenge for $7.00? I have to get away from this man before it’s too late; I’ve already undergone an Emergency Bypass Surgery once and spent ten days in the hospital. I thought that would have changed him, but he only got worse. People believe that they understand what it feels like to be with someone who has NPD, but unless you indeed have been with someone who is a real Narcissist, then you don’t have the slightest clue. God bless your wife for being able to forgive you for what she’s gone through. I can’t thank you enough; today, you touched me; the content of your video did something to me; it opened my eyes and made me realize for the first time that I am still a human being. I still have feelings, which made me realize that I need help to break free from this.

Exact .. you cannot talk about it with him because its going to trigger him cutring me when i talk, blaming ehat i say or how or bribging all i did back for again a million tine around. Then he wonder why i blocked my ears or walked away at times. He just talks and talks and never i have been able to put a word in our conversation. I dont understand why he cannot see it. I mean i tried to explain but obviously i was not allowed to.. now its easy to see you would think... but no. So

Man imma Be vulnerable with a narcissist sociopath or psycopath yah just idk super Empaths don’t get ppl that are scared of being vulnerable it’s not hard my gosh 😂😂😂😂😂 if they gotta problem with it we’ll super Empaths can mirror them it’s that simple with us 🤷‍♂️
