Tammy and Richard together. Two of the nicest most amazing human beings ever ❤️❤️

I was a kindergarten student at Heritage Academy, and I'll never forget leaving class to go meet Richard Simmons, and how he playfully screamed at us "When I get done with you kids, you won't eat sugar for a weeeeek!" What an interesting place to grow up! Thank you for posting this and for giving me the chance to see my grandpa on the set of the Jim Bakker show once again. Blessings.

You're welcome, Mike! Richard was very outgoing and loved to have fun but in his corky way he taught others. Richard was like Tammy, they walked into a room and it came alive.

I interviewed Tammy on my radio talk show in Palm Springs in 1997. She and her husband Roe were a pleasure to meet. I was somewhat new to broadcasting and she was very sweet and encouraged me.

I always loved Richard Simmons. I never thought he was a homosexual, just happy about life. A lot of people aren't happy, but Richard overcame the odds to become an inspiration.

29:19 - I loved little Kevin. I'd to get mad when my sons used to call him "Cannonball Run". I just hope that he's riding a golden chariot up in Heaven, chasing Jesus around, and living the best life this world could never give him.

The sexual tension between Richard and Jim is setting my phone on fire 🔥🤗--seriously tho I loved Richard Simmons as a kid!

Richard isn't interested in Jim. Plus we know Jim prefers coercing workers like Jessica Hahn into group sex with he and his friends.

You're welcome, Elvis P! It's possible. But most of the videos I have are from the year 1986. Yes, Jay was young there unfortunate for me I'm not good at judging someone's age, old or young but especially the young ones! :))

You can say what you want to about Jim and Tammy Baker people are still fascinated with them when I was a young kid I remember them living in a traile at the last they were making a 150 million dollars a year they had a 30 million dollar satellite.

Yes Jack, Jim & Tammy started out just like 90% of Americans. Very poor but we all had a dream to better ourselves. Jim & Tammy was no different than the founders of Walmart, Amazon and Apple to name a few. They turned a dream into a billion+ dollar companies.

Appreciate you uploading these vintage videos since it appears Jim Bakker himself will never get around to putting these classic programs on his website. He has many hours of tapes, but he has yet to upload any of these, maybe because Tammy Faye is in them.

Heritage USA was a beautiful place. Jerry Falwell was motivated by jealousy.
@ptlclub3 жыл бұрын
It sure was, Michael. Wish I could have seen it back then.
@BB-kt5eb2 жыл бұрын
Jealousy was part of it, but his political agenda was his real motivation. He saw that the Bakkers were encouraging people to love and accept people without having to fear those who aren’t like themselves. Falwell knew that would stand in the way of turning Christians into the kind of republicans he wanted them to be.

Watching that “Special” roll-in just made me SO angry at Falwell and all of the anti-Christ demons who worked so hard to destroy ALL of this. All of it. Ruined. And for what? FOR WHAT?!?! Jerry Falwell’s pride? For evil people to have a sick sense of accomplishment??? And worse, the disgusting people who called themselves “Christians” who showed even more hate than most non-believers, to feel more righteous? Please, Lord Jesus, help me to forgive them! Blessed be the NAME OF the Lord, always and forevermore. But vengeance is the Lord’s, and trust me, I’ve seen the judgement of God on people who have done wrong against His people, and it was much better than I could have ever imagined! And I’m thankful that Jim is back now and stronger than ever before. I don’t always agree with him, but God has continued to use him for 8 decades now. Lord bless him! And bless this channel for all the great content!

He is quite a good conversationalist … but I noticed he talks more about selling products than he does about Christ on his show…
@myroselle69873 жыл бұрын
@@terryowens8563 I'm no expert and I'm certainly no judge....I used to watch Jim and Tammy but I never donated money or anything. But, at least, when the Bakkers were at Heritage USA there was something there for the people who were sending donations. People were getting something for their money. It seems like Falwell got the mailing lists and, maybe the satellite...not sure about details and then just let the "Theme Park" and hotels go to dust. At that time it was the third most popular tourist destination in the country. Third behind Disney World and Disneyland. There's nothing there at all now. Just bits and pieces. What a waste.
