Thank you so much for posting this. I didn't even know that existed. I was looking up another martial arts gym type system (not gonna mention names) and saw a Walmart ad for this. This is exactly what I'm looking for. I really wanna learn trapping/JKD but have no one to work out with. I'm also very heavy with a bad back and ankles so traditional classes wouldn't be much of an option. Is this sturdy? Well made? Do ya think it's possible to get some good cardio /weight loss with this?

I am about to purchase this item and I just want to say that you are looking dangerous with those techniques. It would suck to be on the receiving end. Ouch!
