I hate to see this pattern repeat again where a side podcast that isn’t the main TMG starts making content and it gets attraction for a while then slowly falls off only for the hosts to make a separate channel that eventually struggles to justify it’s existence and ultimately end. I genuinely don’t want this to happen to this one too and I hope that the new channel actually works this time

Just subscribed to the Stretch and Fade channel! I hope yall will use it as an opportunity to revitalize the pod because I really like the chemistry between you both. I hope that on the channel, you will make less frequent episodes as there seems to be some burnout showing in the episodez. I appreciate being spoiled with weekly episodes but I think it has caused you guys to be spread a little thin. I think having an episode at most every other week would keep things fresh and really improve the quality, plus make a Stretch and Fade episode feel more special. I understand the algorithm pressure creators to pump out content non-stop but the true fans are the ones who will take quality over quantity and will stick around for a good episode. I’m typing this out because I know you read some comments and I definitely feel that a lot of my feelings are also being echoed in the section, I just wanted to write out something a little more constructive and nuanced than just “Stretch and Fade low key fell off”. I believe that revamping the pod only will take a few very minor changes and I hope the new channel will give yall an opportunity to do so. That’s all! Peace

Fun fact about the “If” in “If I did it” they brought up the fact that it was so small on the cover. It’s bc the family of one of his victims sued and obtained the rights to the book. I believe they couldn’t change the name bc of copywrite laws or something so they just settled for making it really hard to notice 😂

Fun fact; the reason the “if” is so small on “if I did it” is bc Ron Goldman’s family (Ron was the 27 yo who was there returning the expensive sunglasses she left at the restaurant who OJ then had to kill bc he was a witness- and he was not even a dude she was dating, just 100% innocent w terrible luck) stopped the book from coming out first… then, they agreed to let it come out but only if they had control over it and got to keep the money (bc he never paid them the money for the civil case a few years later- after he got off for the criminal one, the families sued him for pain and suffering and causing the deaths and like 5 other things- and he was found guilty across the board and ordered to pay them pm ALL his money)…. Honestly I can’t blame them at all for the tiny “if” but also, it makes me like them. Incredible style. “Yeah, sure, we won’t change the title. 😎”

I love this podcast and have always thought that they are so funny together but I think that just talking is getting boring to them and maybe with the new channel they should post less frequent and put more time and effort to introduce more ideas like comedy bits and planning new guests could really help refresh Hunter and Noel‘s podcast and keep things interesting :)

My grandma was 90 when she died. Can confirm it was not fun when we would visit those last couple of years. She barely recognized us (dementia) but we think she knew we were her family and she got to the point she could barely sit up.
