This is a well conceived and designed teaching video, contemplative and informative about how to envision and practice living a life with meaning (aka ‘purpose’ to identify and embody an ideal or essenti version of you). I recall C.G. Jung writing: -“ But in the final analysis, the main thing is to embody the essential. If you do not do that, life is wasted.” -One purpose of having a purpose is to help you live a life towards realizing or actualizing an optimal degree of your true nature, such that your life becomes fulfilling and deeply satisfying. The video is quite powerful in how it actually gets you to contemplate your life from a divine or ultimate vantage-point. The graphic imagery really helps with this contemplative act. Thank you, Mikkal, for these deeply resonating words of wisdom and the wonderful quote from C.G. Jung you shared. I also appreciate your emphasis on realizing or actualizing the "optimal degree our true nature", because only through that our life can become as meaningful as it can be. It is amazing how important it is to take moments and step back from life to be able to observe ourselves immersed in it, like taking a break in a long journey to see what we are on its path, and where we should be heading to. And all these can happen naturally, if we choose to open our heart again and access its navigating wisdom and guidance. Our heart knows where we need to go from wherever we find ourselves.
