I was about 15 years old, and I was suffering. I was at my grandparents house, and my grandfather said to me, “I want to talk to you.” So I went and sat with him on the couch and I said, “ What, Dziadzu, do you want to tell me?” And he looked me right in the face and he said to me”The more you suffer, the more God loves you.” And I looked at him, like he had just stunned me. And he saw that look on my face, and he told me that it was very true, because when anybody was suffering who love Jesus, Jesus was looking back at them and seeing himself on the cross. I can’t remember the exact words but these are fairly close to the exact meaning. After that night, I was never quite the same, because I looked at my pains as something that Jesus was looking at also. And I was a great thinker in my youth, I delved deeply into the meaning of anything that was serious, and meaningful. And what happened also, was that my grandfather told me to speak to Jesus, and Jesus would speak back to me, in my heart. And that night it did happen that way. Because I asked my lord a question, and without using words, He answered me back. I knew in my heart the answer He gave me. And so as the years went on, and my physical problems went on as well, I was constantly considering how much Jesus loved me when I suffered. So whenever I have to go to the hospital, I found myself saying OK. By the time I was 30 years old, I knew I was called to suffer, and my Priest noticed the many times I was ill, and in the hospital. He started to speak to me about suffering, and I knew them, that my grandfather was so very right in saying what he said to me as a teenager. I’m now going on 74 years old, and I was recently sick and in the emergency room on good Friday. So I guess things haven’t changed, but they have gotten better. For many years, I have been close to God and I have always said yes to Him. What my grandfather did for me long ago, will start me on a road that led to continual martyrdom and I am not sorry at all. God fills me with joy time and time again. I don’t consider the 20+ operations, nor the spent in bed throughout my life, nor the loss of work and finances, because I know God loves me every time he looks at me and not just when I’m suffering but when I am well. FIAT 🌈 💟💟💝

God bless you. You are sharing in His passion, which will lead to the kingdom. Keep your focus and eyes upon Him. Which you are already doing. If possible look up and pray to venerable marthe Robin, she was a sort of victim soul who was bedridden for 30+ years and had many ailments. Also saint Lydwine, another woman who suffered greatly. The first earliest record of MS. I am also praying to both of them for intercession to God. GBY.

Poor sheep! Poor sister! (LOL) I never would have survived growing up on your farm...but it is a good analogy Father. SUFFERING should easily be understood when we know; "The disciple is not above the master, nor is the servant above his lord." Matt. 10:24 SIMPLE! 'Best' book to encourage as reading is; 'The Bible' = LIVING word. All else is a supplement, but the Bible a MUST!! At my Catholic school = we wore uniforms and had a principal priest with other religious and priests and secular. We would have 'dance nights' in the gym and had the likes of; Bachman, Turner Overdrive / April Wine/ Burton Cummings. Looking back I have to wonder..."WHAT were they preparing us for? To be in the world AND OF IT?" YIKES! God Bless and Our Lady, keep you open to all Her Blessings and Grace.

Thank you good father for this talk. We all wonder why there is suffering. Sometimes we can’t explain it. We like the sheep that have the surgery described so that good can come from it. We are blind and do not see. Our lives have meaning . Our suffering has meaning. Thank you. Pray for this good priest.

I needed to hear this! My question is that is all suffering always from God? I feel like Im surrounded by a lot of wickedness and Im so scared to give in. Sometimes i just want it to stop!!! Does suffering include allowing people to curse you or do evil things because you speak against or pray against the evil they do eg occultism?
@c.g.43924 жыл бұрын
Yes, sorry but you should just turn the other cheek. Remember what all those before you did with physically being martyred for Christ. These types of martyrdom have actually diminished here in develop world nations. Second and third world nations are still killed / martyrs for Christ, very prevalent. Here in the United States the actual best suffering you can Hope for, the toughest is to kill your pride and kill your desire for absolutely anything, even breath if it causes you to sin in this world. Stay strong, put on the armament of Christ and walk without fear, help others and repent as you stumble during your walk. You've Got This !

You clearly grew up country. I am not. I could have done without your graphic pictures. Now please explain to me why Jesus continues to suffer? Is that for His benefit? No, I think it is for me and my sins. Now that’s a helpless sacrificial lamb. When a speaker makes sense doesn’t mean every word henceforth will continue to be true. I am a Catholic and I don’t think your hitting the bullseye. Not a successful lecture. 👎
@radale71254 жыл бұрын
I do believe it is a successful lecture, this lecture clearly has had helped many people get closer to Jesus. Your statement is false. What you really just meant was you didn't like this lecture but that doesn't mean it was not successful 😊 plus these videos the Priests are not the ones making the videos 🙏🏻🕊️ God Bless

Colostrum is just as important for human babies too. Women should breastfeed for the first few weeks, so their babies get that immune boost. Thanks for the flashback, by the way, both of my children were cesarean births. They're both very healthy young adults now. I, however, have suffered from lupus and fibromyalgia since my youngest was only a baby. Funny how I ran across this video. Thank you and bless you too🙏😊. Oh yeah, if you suffer in any way, just think of what Jesus endured, and you'll quit feeling so sorry for yourself. Offer up your pain to God, so he can put it to good use.
