It is based on Aristotelean inductive and deductive reasoning and develops a crystal clear hypothesis, followed by crystal clear arguments. Although developed for consultants, it can be used by anyone to pitch an idea or concept. Being data-driven, it is especially powerful for data-driven decision-making.
