@@Lousasshol i can honestly say for a fact, its definitely diet. i use to eat like crap and would have diarrhea and violent tomato sauce consistency shits when i ate like crap. then i switched over to a healthier, more plant based diet for a year because i was going through some stomach/gi issues, i noticed the difference in poop and consistency. i dont recall ever having diarrhea or violent tomato sauce shits when i was on my plant based diet.
