These videos speak to me on a spiritual level. Since I was born, I've questioned why we do things. I question the school system because I feel like I'm trapped there. I question our political system because I look at our past and see nothing has changed. I question our government because I feel it doesn't have our best interests at heart. I feel like I have to help change the world, but I'm too young to be taken seriously. I tell everyone I come across that our world needs changing. All I get in response is sarcasm and denial. I fail to understand why others, especially adults can't see the errors of their ways, but then I remember that it's not their fault. It's those in power. They control the media. They brainwash the public. Luckily, I'm resistant to those commercials and headline making news stories. I see past the curtain of lies and I know, in all of my being, that it's now or never. This is the last straw. Time to change the world.

I had to settle for doing what I thought was right, what was morally correct in spite of my "politically correct" family. (That includes religion BTW). So, I am an atheist tree farmer trying to preserve a little bit of nature and her amazing diversity. You can't change others, only yourself. @@themayhemera3046 that is okay! It's actually a very fair question. Ultimately, it comes to pain. Let us ask ourselves, should a carrot have the same rights as a piglet? It comes down to pain. Plants don't have a central nervous system, so they don't actually have the ability to feel pain like we do. I still think plants and other forms of nature should be respected, but who and what we consume comes down to they pain they feel and whether it's right to kill them unnecessarily for our taste, when in classic modern society it is unnecessary. I myself would consider myself less well off money wise, however I feed myself just fine on plant based foods. If you want to grow muscle yes you need protein, but you do not need the fat, cancer, and pus found in meat and dairy products. The best version of protein for your body, Matt, is that which comes from plants. I recommend that you read the China study, watch Forks over Knives and even Food Inc. Check out Nutritionfacts.org as well, as it has multiple sources of information from a doctor who presented to the USDA. I know you think we need to treat the planet better Matt, but the best way for us to do that is to stop consuming animals, as animal agriculture is the leading cause of climate change, and, because we could feed 10 planets with the amount of food we currently grow. Its a nonsensical argument, and I by no way shape or form believe this is you saying this, its just how society indoctrinates us to doing certain things - if you did your research you may be saying the same thing that I am. I cannot recommend highly enough the sources of information I have detailed for you above. Further sources for you may be ***** who has a wealth of information on vegan bodybuilders (yes... protein gains), and also watch/listen to 101 reasons to go vegan which is freely available on youtube to watch. HonorBound To me it's just the truth is too hard to handle for a lot of people. Even whatever shown to them kinda make sense to them or rather make total sense, they cannot acknowledge right away. Laughing is the socially "ok" way to handle when this happen. They might already be aware of the info present to them but when money, security, family, future, career etc made them decided to ignore humanity issues. Simply they got their priority mixed up. Everyone have their rights to live the life they want, but in order to do that doesn't give anyone the right to take destroy or control anybody life. As you said, laughing is a way to vent out your inner weakness and by doing so, you become stronger, both mentaly and spiritualy. There are much more reasons to laugh at this stuff for certain people. For one, they are so set in in their beliefs and dogmas of this slave world that they will even go so far as to defend the same system that put them in chains. Those people some call "sleepers", unable to wake up do to their own weak will of heart and soul. Second reason is..they think they are above all laws of humanity that binds us, they think they are special so when they hear that every one of us is the same but unique(We are all one) then they try to shrug it off as bullshit lies, fearing that they will lose that " I am me" feeling in this world. Im sure there are more reasons but from the top of my head, i cant recall any at the moment. Feel free to say what you think, so that we can learn from one another. I remember when I was younger, the elders in my Native American community would always tell me how, when we killed it was almost always for food, and we used every part of the being whose life we stole. But now, watching this video, makes me wonder when everything changed for us. Why did two different cultures have to clash and colide, causing so much terror and pain and death for others. It seems as if people don't know how to recycle anymore, when it was once something we used to care so much about. Seeing this makes me ashamed to be a human being. It makes me ashamed to even call myself that, when I used to think we were all equal. When there was no race, no gender, no species. My elders had raised me to think of everything as equal and to treat it with respect. And now, I just feel ashamed of how far along the line I had let myself go.

Except cows are best used for meat, dogs are not, one dead cow is worth 30 dead dogs, killing dogs for food is a waste as dogs natural instincts are to be mans best friend, which makes them most useful in houses with loving owners. Mate, it's part of nature to eat other animals, at least we kill them humanely, have you seen how wild animals eat their meat? A cow in the wild would get chased down by a pack of coyotes and go through about 20 minutes of horrific pain before it actually dies, I have no respect for the factories that make cows live in shitty conditions and torture them, but I've seen grass fed cows that live happily on fields until they die humanely and are eaten by humans, we should focus more on how to kill a cow humanely instead of just not killing cows at all.

Some slaughterhouses have poor conditions and we should definitely work on stopping them, but if you drive through central california or any large land with acres of farm you'll see how they treat their cows, the cows live on large fields with tons of grass and other animals and people to interact with, what more could a cow want? The cow is killed with a quick shot to the head (they may have changed it, but it would be no worse) which means they live a happy life not knowing they'll die, and when they do die it's quick and humane. If other animals kill animals in ways that are more painful and slow then us, why don't we have the right to kill them for food?
