The quick and easy approach to electronic fuel injection with the FAST EZ-EFI system

Considering the original unit on a 1989 Ford 5.0 with headers/HEI/Elderlbrock WITH cable operated AOD, does this unit linkage mimic the Holley linkage? I have to use a special carb arm attachment for the AOD cable whereas to maintain the same cable tension through full range of the carb arm as you go from idle to full throttle.

Does the EZ system fire the coils or is that handled by the msd box?
