I usually see 3x3 recommended with 20-30 seconds between exercise 1A & 1B and 2-5 minutes rest after each set. For absolute strength, train using 85% + of 1RM; strength speed, we are looking at 0.75-1.0m/s (40-65ish% of 1RM) accelerative strength 0.5-0.75m/s (around 65 to 80ish% 1RM) absolute strength, under 0.5m/s (85-100%)

​@jonielsantana9814 high intensty weight training. Squat 2.5x body weight, deadlift 3x bodyweight. Like isaiah rivera. He has the highest vertical jump.
