I’m 250, and have topped 96 2 years ago and never done reverse lunges until this year I’m excited to see if I can get back there or gain even more

I've used the gym aware before. it is great knowing what velocity you are at while lifting and it also is a helpful motivational tool if you need it. It helps you want to break your record of the last workout.

Why is 0.8 m/s the golden number? Any research to support that? Also, are we talking about peak velocity or average velocity here? Thanks.

There's no way he can do 350 on single leg... He can't even do 350 regular squat... "Ripping reps on 350" is a big BS

Effin infomercial. LOL. Too slow, too fast, not enough weight, building a base first. movements that translate to performance....all that chit can be felt by an athlete without the gear. Absorb what is useful but don't buy everything these guys are peddling....or do, and learn by that experience.
