The history of Alexander the Great after he conquered Persia has him on a seven year trip with his army conquering the known world at the time. He started in the East and first unified Greece under him. Then he conquered the Persian Empire . He went as far as India and probably would have conquered China but his Army was becoming fed up of constant travel. Anyway in the Hindu Kush mountains on his wasy to India he encountered mountain fortresses. He warned the occupants that if they didnt surrender they would all die but if they did they would continue withwhatever religion or customs they jad but under his rule and he would leave a small garisson who could marry in to the locals or promote locals. In one place in the Hindu Kush he encountered a mountain stronghold that refused. He went to the next mountain and started building a mole across the gap. He had done similar at Tyre. Eventually his wall spanned the enture valley and his men crossed and killed the entire City. After that whenever he started building a wall across the locals surrendered. The story of the wall and Dul Quarnan probably comes from this.

Alexander's army likely would not have fared very well against the Chinese. They already had crossbows which would do nasty things to Macedonian shields. And the Macedonians standing together in a phalanx just makes them sitting ducks. Maybe Alexander could have still won the day against the Chinese by deployment of his Companion cavalry (Alexander was a master cavalryman and strategist) but it isn't a given.

I have not doubt bar assassination or another mutiny he would have defeated China and controlled the largest continuous land Empire in History.

Just read a few verses earlier, John 16:7= “But very truly I tell you, it is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Advocate will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.” ^according to this same chapter it also says that Jesus will send the Advocate, yet Allah sent Muhammad. So, it isn't hard to see how pieces of silver would be counted out to a weight, just like the shekels were at the time of Joseph. Edit: PS I have read the book by Stephen Shoemaker, but I didn't see anything like that. That verse you gave was wayyy after the famine happened, where money became basically of no use due to this huge famine while resources (like food, land, etc. we’re very valuable). Why is the Al-Qur'an so contradictory and confusing? All non-Muslims around the world should understand the "Legalistic Nature of Islamic Law (Sharia)". Therefore in Islam, the first and foremost enemy is the hypocritical Muslim. NOT non-Muslims (kafirs) such as Jews (Israelis) or Christians or people who have alliances with God (Syrik / Musyirik). That is the legalistic nature of the Islamic Law (Sharia) that applies to all Muslims around the world. ❎ CONTRADICTORY VERSES Everyone knows that in Islam there are verses of the Al-Qur'an and valid Hadiths that are "mutually contradictory" between verses of tolerance (peace) and verses of intolerance, hatred, hostility (war). Example: *️⃣ There are verses of TOLERANCE between religions based on: Qur'an surah 2 verse 256 (Qs.2:256) which says: There is no compulsion in religion And Qs. 2:105 which is the verse about Rahmatan Lil Alamin or about getting the reward (Mercy) of Prophethood. Therefore, these two verses require Muslims to: 1. Fighting jihad until "Doomsday" against non-Islamic religions or non-Islamic and non-shariah countries, 2. Lying or Deceiving which is commonly called ""TAQIYYAH"" until the Day of Judgment. Since the death of the Prophet Muhammad until now in 2024, the contradiction between the Meccan verses (peace and tolerance) and the Medinan verses (jihad war) has apparently been "" Unable to be resolved by "" Islamic Theology experts and Islamic Law experts (Shariah) even though by applying the Doctrine of Revocation / Abolition (Naskh) which is commonly called "" AL-NASIKH WA AL-MANSUKH "" because of the potential for conflict between Sects (Firka-Firka) and Mashab Mashab (lower level regulations / under sect) in Internal Islam. 🧟‍♀️🧟‍♀️ NEGATIVE IMPACT OF ISLAM The failure (confusion) of Islamic theology experts and Islamic law (Shariah) experts has had a negative impact on the Islamic world itself, because the slogan is often heard: Wherever Muslims are "CERTAINLY" in that location there will be potential for riots. Therefore, when the Hudaibiyah Agreement was only three years old, it was unilaterally annulled by the Prophet Muhammad without prior notification to the Quraysh tribe and immediately attacked / fought the Quraish tribe until they lost the war and converted to Islam (converted to Islam). Examples that can be understood are: ● Egyptian President Anwar Sadat was shot dead, because he had signed the "Eternal Peace Treaty" (not like the ten year hudaibiyah agreement) with Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin in Cam David United States, because he was considered to have betrayed the ideals of Islam or the ideals and the career of the Prophet Muhammad mentioned above. ● PLO Leader Yaser Arafat told the Leaders of Palestinian HAMAS and Palestinian ISLAMIC JIHAD that the Oslo 1 and Oslo 2 Peace Agreements and the Gaza Strip and Jericho Land Peace Agreements that he had signed with Israeli Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin were exactly the same as the Ten Year Agreement of Hudaibiyah between The Prophet Muhammad saw with the Quraysh tribe, so I did not violate Islamic Law (Shariah) regarding temporary peace (ten years) with the non-Muslim country of Israel. ● The Israeli Government and Parliament REFUSE to grant Full Independence to the Palestinian people, because the Terrorist Organization HAMAS and ISLAMIC JIHAD in Palestine still have full support from the Iranian Government and the Yemeni Houthi Government and the Lebanese Hezbollah Organization and their allies and supporters who openly want to eliminate The existence of the State of Israel on the map of the Middle East is the beginning of action in order to achieve the ideals of Islam (Abi Muhammad's ideals). One of the biggest mistakes in the Quran is saying Mary is part of the Trinity. Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant never have Mary as part of the Trinity. This error is so glaring that I wonder how Muslims can explain this when no Christian subscribes to that notion.
