My mind boggles just watching it being played. Writing this is incomprehensible. So sad there has been nothing like it done since this was made. Talented people are not around to do it and the absolute garbage we get from certain so called "musicians" is deplorable. Thanks God for what has been written in history by Jimmy Page and Led Zeppelin. It's not coming back but you can't take it away.
@famachris10 жыл бұрын
How Jimmy Page came up with this defies comprehension. It's so amazing and the work of true genius. I forgot where I read this, but supposedly this song was written in response to a back stage suggestion by George Harrison that Zeppelin write more mellow songs. Jimmy crafted this tune loosely around the structure of Something.

@officergregorystevens57657 жыл бұрын
yeah.. drums are difficult especially if you weren't born with a perfect sense of timing.. and most of us aren't. and even if so, most drum and bass guitar rhythms for example call for specific nuances which are not that easy to replicate in terms of rhythm sections.. like fleetwood mac - john always plays his bass too early compared with mick's drums, but they stay lcoked on the same tempo and groove without deviating.. that does in fact take skill. and that's just one part of drumming
