One of the most briIIiant investing advice i have ever gotten on youtube came from watching an interview with Julianne Iwersen Niemann on CNBC. Indeed, A solid investment strategy is like a well-planted tree-it can withstand storms and still grow strong
@bahijarhafiri

That's great advice! Julianne Iwersen Niemann's perspective on investments as a long-term growth strategy, much like a well-planted tree, is a solid analogy. A good investment strategy should be resilient enough to endure market fluctuations while still growing over time. It's essential to have a strong plan that balances risk and reward, much like cultivating a tree that thrives even in tough conditions. Working with a seasoned expert like Julianne can help ensure your financial decisions lead to sustainable growth.

Yes, people are totally unaware that even with a first name and a city and state, a person can relatively easily be tracked through all the sites with public information. You can find out name, address, actual birthday, every past address where somewhere has lived, relatives, associates, all phone numbers (including cell), and emails used. The only number not on public people finder websites is the SSN.

A fake birthdate and some thing I learned was to not give sensible answers to security questions. What was the name of your first pet? Shoebox. What was the first movie you saw? Air conditioner. Never post favorite places, give reviews of restaurants, post check-ins. Someone has to do is look at your name on WhitePages and will tell the names of all your relatives and for a very small fee basically everything about you except your Social Security number. It doesn't mean you have to stay off your phone, you have to do your best to keep yourself safe.

Sarah's call - WHY would someone with that amount of net worth ($18 million) call in a free daily radio show rather than go to a professional who can taken enough time with her? How about using the time to take calls from people who can't afford a professional advisor?

@bettedavis9261
@bettedavis9261 Ай бұрын
@@zoky0971no, it's for everyone, but someone with that large amount of net worth should call a PROFESSIONAL financial advisor. Someone with whom they'll have a long-term, ongoing relationship with. Someone who knows the ins and outs of current finances, and can offer advice custom fit to them, not a generic, quick answer. A one-off call to a radio/KZbin show isn't intelligent when dealing with that amount of net worth.

@Trustbutverify2651
@Trustbutverify2651 Ай бұрын
@@zoky0971 No - and you are purposely misreading my comment. Financial advice in this kind of complicated situation is not for a call-in radio show. It is for a CPA and experienced financial adviser who will likely take well over an hour to evaluate a person's current financial situation, lay out all the options, pros and cons, and tax and estate planning ramifications. Even if Dave is smart about all these matters, he is not a fiduciary financial advisor (that I know of) and there is NO WAY he can address all the issues in a call that lasts just a few minutes. Therefore, since his advice will likely be to "get together with one of our pros," the time on the call should be saved for those who want to call in and not only cannot afford to see a financial adviser, but who CAN be helped in a five-minute call that puts them on the right path.

In Illinois, she would owe him Maintenance at 30% of how much more she makes than him i.e. she would owe him 30% of $4700. At first glance that's quite a bit more than the 25% of $2800 that she says he would owe her in Child Support. But let's rush to Judgment instead about how greedy / lazy he is...
