Man, listening to all these ostensibly official (from the dubs right?) pronunciations for names really messed me up. For years I've only had these names in my head via badly scanlated terms and discussing with friends and then for some, Japanese dubs. Sub-eye-OH-dee was a shocker. I was like wtf is that. Always just called it Sha-BOW-dee.

I think the one thing that my personal list would change from this is the post-war arc, that gives us the Ace, Luffy, Sabo flashback. Bump that up to a mid-B.

thriller bark was when i stopped watching and started reading. was rough.

Fishman Island was 47, Thriller Bark was only 44 yet somehow TB feels like 70+.

I feel that, it's a lot. Whenever I started with the series (when the manga was in fishman island) I was bingeing as much as I could and Thriller Bark was the moment I had to break, felt like this came to a halt.

Lol, I see the Foxy Pirates arc didn't even make the list. I'm pretty sure that wasn't filler, but I also know I hated it and just skipped it entirely. Edit: Oh, and my personal favorite arc is Enies Lobby. Everything after the flag part just slaps.

@@Sero4 It would make sense if it's filler because of how pointless the whole arc is, but I distinctly remember Luffy referencing the Noro Noro beam when Hancock uses her Mero Mero beam on him.

Drum Island is not getting enough appreciation, but I guess no huge plot things really happen in it. Well, as long as it's above Syrup Village. That arc made me almost drop the whole show.

The main problem I had with Drum was just how many times it flashed back to that old man stripping in the snow. It felt like it was every episode ffs.

Enies Lobby also includes the send off of the Going Merry. That moment along with Robin's moment as well as the introduction of the gears makes it an S tier arc imo.
