When OME came out with ‘Component System With the Auto Reverse’ and I heard all those bars from Dave and Still Riff just perfectly fitting into the whole vibe Mike had on that record I started wishing they’d do something like Previous Industries. ‘Service Merchandise’ was like getting the present you asked Santa for as a kid.

I actually would love your thoughts on that Eminem album. I was pleasantly surprised ( so was ken from DEHH apparently 😂) Also did you see that killer Mike twwet saying he really wants a RTJ/ Eminem collaboration? That would be incredible especially given the fact Em always delivers when he's around hip hop greatness . I would throw Royce in the mix too

Samurai is (at least rap) album of the year for me. Probably my favourite project from Lupe overall since I love super specific and weird concept albums. This is probably the most I’ve liked the production on a Lupe record & I love how the album also serves as a sweet tribute.

Enjoying the series very much so far. There are a lot times in Dead End where I feel you can't be as detailed as possible especially for the year end lists so this is really a nice silver lining. I thought Eminem project was really dope and don't think it's worth skipping.
