Damn, it feels good to be an early 90's kid. I searched for this sooooo long 😭 finally found it. Always listened to The Rasmus In the shadows, but couldn't find this song at all, I knew it was his voice, but I just couldn't find it, I couldn't remember the title nor the lyrics, I could only hum the melody... OMG, I remember when this song came out, it was my hymn. Everytime they played it on TV, I was sitting in front of it and sang with Lauri:D and my parents had to record it so I could rewatch it billion times again:D the same thing happened with "Life burns". I suddenly felt like I am on another planet. Still love The Rasmus and I am thankful for these memories and that 3 concerts where I've been☺️☺️☺️

When i was like 8 or 9, KZbin wasn't invented yet. There was no Spotify, no other way to listen to the music you liked. So i would turn on the TV, put it on MTV channel, and literally wait for at least an hour for this song to finally be played. If i wasn't lucky and it didn't, i would try again next day. Nowadays, i still listen to The Rasmus, one of the most underrated bands around.

I am so torn between "Dead Letters" and "Hide From The Sun". The first being legendary, the second has "Sail Away", "Shot", "Night After Night", "No Fear". I felt such a great wave of nostalgia yesterday when I recalled "Chill" and then consequently listened to my long-time favorites. I mean, this is the music from my childhood. My very first own favorite rock band. Thank you for those moments. I even tried (and completed) my first attempt into making an animated fan-made music video, which, while being 14 took me 3 months to complete, was quite a challenge. But I wanted to pay some tribute to my dear band, and that is by far the most ambitious and comprehensive work I've accomplished completely on my own. I am so embarrassed that so many people got to see it in these years 😅 Dark Matters is great) Keep it going)
