Here in Australia in amazon Razor is 360AUD and Loupedeck is 479AUD. It's because Razer has a discount. It's exactly the product in terms of quality? and the software it is exactly the same?

100% the same. The only difference is the branding on the face plate. You don't even use Razer software. You use Loupedeck's software.

I want to buy a stream deck or a razer but which one is really the best

Honestly how you will use it will make the difference. If you are using it beyond streaming, like to edit and such, the Razer may be the way to go. If you are primarily streaming and need your software to be compatible with more streaming based stuff (or you have lots of elgato gear) then the Stream Deck is the best choice. Both products are great though

Here in Finland Loupedeck Live is 270 € and Razer Stream Controller 350 €.. I don't get it if they are same devices and use the same software..

Software is getting some updates and you can likely expect more razer compatibility in the future, but no. Nothing new
