I think it's "IRA -- All the Way!". The IRA hated the British royal family. In fact, just six years earlier, they had assassinated Lord Mountbatten in Ireland. He was a member of the royal family (his sister was Prince Phillip's mother), and he was very close to Prince Charles.

You're mistaken about the protesters. They are pro-IRA protesters who oppose the British occupation of six counties in northern Ireland (which continues to this day). I believe they're chanting "IRA -- All the Way" which can be clearly heard when the couples are standing on the red carpet.

Formally, their titles and styles are _Their Royal Highnesses The Prince of Wales and The Princess of Wales_ . Her formal title was never "Princess Diana" because she is not a child of the monarch.

@@brontewcat Daniel Jr was referring to the former Elizabeth Bowes-Lyon who held the title of "Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother" from 1952 to 2002 at the time of her death. _Queen Elizabeth_ by itself can be ambiguous since the name can be referred to any of the two regnant "Queen Elizabeth"s or the three consort "Queen Elizabeth"s throughout the entire history of the UK and England.

@@brontewcat When the title _Queen Elizabeth_ can be referred to the current monarch or the former consort or even the Tudor queen, then it is ambiguous and, therefore, not accurate. A term can never be accurate if it is ambiguous.
