Ken, I hope you actually read this - but these round tables are AWESOME. Such positivity, such "real talk", and such candor. Please do more of these!

Thank you for creating this content. I started watching your Paycheck to Purpose series last night after watching your a short episode yesterday titled: "The real Reason Most People Aren't Successful with Dave Ramsey". This is transformational! Despite having an MBA and a masters in leadership... and "knowing" a lot of this...it's still water from a hydrant. It's that good. I'll have to watch these a few times just to take it all in and to eventually take down my thoughts. Having been burned out and in doldrums, this is a light at the end of tunnel, and it doesn't have a train horn.

Whoa, what a discovery for me after watching this discussion. Now, things are making sense! I've always been like a bridge or connector in my roles. In my previous sales roles, I was a bridge btw my organization and customers, btw clinicians and patients, btw management and distributor, btw different departments. As a scientist, I am a bridge btw institutes for collaborations, btw research and clinicians, and btw research and communities. I am beginning to understand that my purpose does not change, though my job roles may look different. Thanks, Ken and the team for such an insightful discussion!

OMG. . . I thought Courtney Dyksterhouse was Tatyana Marisol Ali from Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Every time the camera went to her, I thought she was her even after I knew it wasn't. Love ❤️ these conversations. Thank you. 😌

Theme aside, KC might have stumbled on a pretty engaging new format that could work even outside of Ramsey personalities. It (anecdotes) helps illustrate the Purpose search better than hypotheticals could.

I knew John and I are twins! I'm so glad to hear he hasn't seen Greatest Showman :) I only saw it recently (after at least one family member did see it twice in one week or something similar back when) because I am a musician and I'm being asked to make recordings of the songs from the movie...after seeing the movie, John, don't bother! Hugh is decent, Zach is even decent, but the story, nah.

very inspiring series this to say the least.....in fright of making the discussion too pokitical....is raising the minimum wage in this respect in America an issue that you can people relate to? In order for the humble toilet cleaners etc to be able to earn a better living and stay healthy throughout elderdom?

Many American churches got drunk off of the Greatest Showman... which explains alot of the "GREAT" showman that were revealed as false teachers in the years which followed. The Church isn't a circus.

"they pay you for the sleep you don't get. The Saturday morning with your kids." yeah my job doesn't care about that. I've been promoted without a raise or any incentive whatsoever. Not even a bonus. I've acquired new skills. Not a penny given. I work 5 12s and an 8 on Saturday with a 1.5 hour commute one way. What I quoted hurts.
