Then explain China. Have you been to Chinese cities? But tell me about India, have you seen Indian cities? Children play with rats. It shows the failure of capitalism. But you want data on the U.S.? we talk about the 8 veterans a day who commit suicide? Do we talk about the 185 states in the world where they have taken military action? Or the largest prison population in the world? Does the U.S. represent capitalism right? They are 5% of the world's population and spend 50% of the world's spending on weapons of war. So it is assumed that capitalism is based on violence against humans. Right? ===============Blink! The only failure I understand is that of your teachers at school.

It has retained a lot of socialistic policies even though the had opened up it's economy since 1991. Talking about the US, did you realize even US having a lot of problem in its social welfare programs(YES, IT IS SOCIALISM) it applied from the 60's? Emigrated. And if they did, they were in all probability part of the problem, not the solution. The only Cubans who left were the rich ones, and you didn't get rich unless you were in the pocket of those who oppressed Cubans. Namely, Batista, the U.S. Government, and the large corporation and hotel owners who made sure Cubans couldn't even swim on their own beaches. Make sure you learn what your family was into before you go there. You may not be welcome.

If the Cuban dictators would stop blaming others for their incompetence and let capable people run the country, Cuba would be a paradise. Like all dictators or communist countries, wealth is distributed to their family and officers while the people have nothing. The only embargo in Cuba is the one placed by the government on its people. If not, why in Havana they opened a supermarket full of food where you can only buy with USD$. Or what about Supermercato23 online where all the food is. The world reached anywhere in Cuba.
@bubamaranovichok490116 күн бұрын
What a hell you are talking about my friend Ralph? You called them corrupt dictators but forgot about the total blockade of the USA. One very important fact you forgot to say about the communist systems, or just didn’t know about it. Born and raised under the terrible Soviet rules in a tiny country where no billionaires were existing, or no homeless people lived in tents or cartoon boxes . Education was completely free just like healthcare was free. Women could walk late night anywhere without molestation or rape including my good looking mother. About corruption, look around in Western countries which invaded countless African countries and could sell their national treasures as a middle man. There weren’t huge land masses in private hands because the government made a law how big someone’s land could be, so the little people could improve their life a bit better working on a piece of land . Before that the Rich and famous didn’t even invested any money or trying to hire someone who happily would work on it. Looks like all the horror stories you heard from some stupid persons or from your parents who flee from Cuba. It’s a lot more complex story than you can understand with your limited intelligence. Today, as the world is changing, the incompetence shows in the Western parts of the earth with unfinished wars and price increases. Just in the USA forty five millions living in tents or in cartoon boxes . Other almost hundred twenty millions are under illegal drugs influences. If you think that you could solve the problem, then it’s a way to do it. But it is too complicated for your brain I think. But I give you a hint. Privatization is the word where billionaires can buy almost whole states in the US without anybody asking them about their billions. They are the problem in every price gauging or which pills you have to take. Got the picture?

She has the land, the location and, above all the People to achieve whatever they want to achieve. But, from my perspective, the One Party political system has a LOT to do with all this decrepit infrastructure, decadence and hopelessness. If the Proud, Majestic Cuban People wants to keep a Communist System of their own volition, I am ok with it, because is their choice. But for God's Sake: give the choice to the Cuban People. I wonder what would be the People's choice if more than one party is allow to operate in Cuba

You people are nuts... I did not see one pretty girl out of the hundreds if not thousands of girls you walked by most had tattoos or were pregnant what a dump. You said the average income was about $18 dollars a month but it costs $25-30 just for a ride from the airport? and all the trash just lying around not picked up, I always wanted to visit Cuba but after seeing this video no way in hell would I go.

per i Cubani non deve essere cambiato molto, in oassato era il Bordello dei ricchi Americani, adesso con l'embargo si arrangiano come possono

Set a budget of 50 to 100 a day? Sounds like a scam didn't you just mention people earn 15 a month?

It's just a recommendation to have a comfortable Western-style holiday and also not run out of money (bring more cash than you need) since US ATM cards do not work and its hit and miss for everyone else. But you are welcome to try to live off $15 like a local.
