Marlyn Mason: From Stardom to Struggles and the Story that Captivates. In the symphony of music's rebellious spirit, one name echoes louder than most :Marilyn Manson. Picture a wild ride through a world where rules are meant to be broken, and music isn't just heard but felt in the bones. This journey is about Marilyn Manson's adventure - the electrifying highs where he danced on stages like a musical sorcerer, and the lows where the melody got tangled in legal woes and harsh whispers. Join us in this sonic odyssey, exploring how Marilyn Manson soared to celestial heights and then danced through the shadows, crafting a tale that's as complex and enigmatic as the artist himself.

You are so full of shit! Manson is now being proven innocent after numerous "alleged" victims of his are walking back statements and recanting the salacious remarks of all the erroneous claims made in court... I hope Manson sues you for saying all that crap about "accountability" at the end. You also got numerous dates in his career wrong, all throughout the video. You know nothing about this guy, and it shows you're just parroting talking points all the other lame stream mediocres are pushing to fit the crafted narrative of ERW and her paid off ambulance chasing, stooges

I've loved Manson since 97 and I will forever. I don't believe he abused anyone. He is a smart and talented man and I respect him. His music and image has made a huge impact! Love you Marilyn

Agreed! I've been a fan since the early aughts but I'm sure I heard his work and enjoyed it without knowing the man behind the work earlier in life as I was only born in 93'. But yeah. I can't see his being abusive. He was always an advocate of women's rights and stuff like that. I just can't see it. It probably WAS a smear campaign geared towards improving the image of fading female "stars" careers. They were in the limelight again. Why not? The legal landscape for so called stars is different.

Even previous girlfriends/wives such as Rose McGowen and Dita Von Teese refuse to believe he raped anyone. That says a lot right there. Some girls just want to get even with their exes and get the spotlight.

Brian's family hasn't been "conservative and religious". On the contrary, they were open-minded people who supported his son's musical career as much as they could. They sent Brian to a religious school because, ironically, it gave the best education in town and they wanted the best for him. Regarding health issues, such were never publicly mentioned or discussed. So either say what you know (IF you know anything, which I seriously doubt), or do not comment at all. These are speculations. As for accountability, such needs to be searched for first from his accusers who never provided any evidence whatsoever of any abuse that could have taken place. On the contrary, prove of illegal actions from their side done in their efforts to build a somehow believable narrative of abuse have already been unearthed and become public and his main false accuser has already felt the consequences of her actions when she lost the custody of her only child.
@hughgabin8068
@hughgabin8068 4 ай бұрын
Well...his grandfather was a kind of perverse creep. But yes...Hugh and his mother were supportive of Brian's artistic career. You are correct. Doesn't mean they weren't religious. If I recall the mother kept a small mouse in a sort of oxygen tent bubble boy atmosphere....keeping it alive long past it's years. Idk. Been a while since I read his book. Anyhow...he went out on his own limb with his agnostic or atheistic belief system with satanic imagery and aesthetics.
@hughgabin8068
@hughgabin8068 4 ай бұрын
As far as health issues, Brian has always used oxygen whilst performing. He had a stage prop or something fall down on him, breaking bones and causing him to have to cancel portions of tours. I think early in his career when he would cut himself on stage with beer bottles and shit I think he would accidentally cut too deep on occasion. The guy has arguably had a few health issues. He also did cocaine frequently and briefly had an alcohol (absinthe) addiction. I've followed his career closely.
@tracymarrow7841
@tracymarrow7841 4 ай бұрын
@@hughgabin8068 "Arguably" is the key word here. And addictions don't count. I mean, who doesn't have them. Until your body can handle them that is. After that the real health problems start.
@tracymarrow7841
@tracymarrow7841 4 ай бұрын
@@hughgabin8068 Knowledge taken from his book doesn't count. I'm sorry, but not only his bandmates have denied the truthfulness of the stories in the book, but also Manson himself. I've read about his parents not being religious in an interview where he pointed that the religious school in town ironically gave the best education in sience. But even if we disregard the interviews as well, Hugh was following Brian duing tours throughout his whole carreer and always showd his pride of his son while in public. He couldn't have been more open-minded than that as a parent. And religiousness and open-mindedness are two very different, even contradicting notions. Manson's mom did have mental issues, dementia if I recall, so this could have provoked strange behaviours, but I doubt Manson ever shared real stories about her. That could have been too painful, I guess. Most of his most disgusting stories were transparent lies. It was exactly those most scandalous but obviously made-up stories that eventually played a joke on him. Unfortunately.

Every person is vulnerable and sensitive, including Manson, wanting to show his individuality, he did not think about all the consequences that would harm his creative vision, setting the bar too high, in the not quite right direction... All these troubles followed in a continuous sequence on Manson, this is the result of his trials and all his actions... I wish Manson successful treatment and a solution to all his problems and continue his creative career on a more positive level, I am sure, if desired, Manson will definitely achieve success...

The film JAWBREAKER came out in 1999, 10 whole years after he formed his band. The music video for "Long Hard Road Out of Hell" was directed by Matthew Rolston and appears on the soundtrack to the film, SPAWN. David Lynch had nothing to do with neither the song nor the video. The only time Lynch and Manson have worked together was when he was briefly in the filmmaker's 1997 movie, LOST HIGHWAY, the soundtrack (produced by former friend and record label owner, Trent Reznor) featuring two Marilyn Manson songs. Not only is your research horrible, but you're literally just fabricating info altogether.

Marilyn Manson is the absolute biggest rock god I have found on my journey through life!!! My love for him actually proceeds me and helps keep me alive!!! I may have found him in my later in life but that too has given the ability to go on a deep dive of the man that I am currently studying!!! I have so much to view, find and listen to along with some possible hearing loss!!! He is the most honest artist I have had the pleasure of slowly collecting his vinyl!!! Thank God lol for the Antichrist Super star!!! I think that life is so funny that we actually believe in God or the Devil when we should spend more time trying to understand the Universe!!! We are stuck in are own quicksand and bullshit that is confounding!!! He is not responsible for any school shooting or anything else that he is blamed for!!! We are all on are own journey through this life and can hold only are selves accountable!!! Watching MM as he tests the boundaries of art music and are very existence is a beautiful to listen to on every level!!! I love the deep dive of learning about this living legend and want to thank him for reaching down so deep that you find yourself so easily!!! I think like him and I sure that would surprise and disgust others but he exposes the truth of are very being!!! I love every powerful moment on stage!!! It brings me so much joy it's mind blowing!!! I am forever a fan of the man!!!❤🖤❤🖤❤🖤

Manson was always about questioning authorities, but most of his fans (or at least the loudest ones) seem to be like „He can´t be terrible, he is so smart, awesome and means the world to me.“ That is ironic and sad. I mean, come on, I have some Manson tattoos on my body and I will always love the overall idea of Manson, because the idea helped me when I grew up in crisis, and it made me the person I am today, but of course one has to admit he maybe did all of these things. There are SO MANY hints, different people from their immediate environment confirming these accusations and have you heard a few weeks ago about how he has to pay 500k to Wood and Gore now? Don´t be ignorant, at least be fair and consider it, don´t be a blind, idolizing fan like those people following Guns, God and Government. Be better.

MM or Brian Warner has never been untouchable or shielded. When we are talking about power dynamics in the industry, ERW is in a higher position. As long there is no mogul involved, these cases should only be discussed AFTER facts are proven.

The narrative is a tad heavy on adulation, innit? Not that MM doesn't deserve to have nice things said about him but early on, its kinda blowing smoke!

I am very skeptical he abused anyone, especially without “consent”. Manson has always been open about his tastes and it sucks now that women who threw themselves at him in their youth now feel embarrassed about their actions and are seeking revenge and social payment. It seems like they were in love with the bad boy rocker and now as an adult are upset that he was a bad boy rocker 🤦‍♂️.

Jesus is true, we live in a fallen world. The evidence is everywhere of both evil and goodness. This is a spiritual war. Time is running out, believe in Jesus and be saved. The kingdom of God is near... John 3:16-17 16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

@sshhee8740 You are right. I pray for MM and all other rockstars who think, they sold their soul to the devil. Nobody can so this, our souls belong to God. I was addicted to MM and his music for years and probably still would be; I never shared his views. So many rock stars and their fans think hell will be an eternal party of sex, drugs and rock'n'roll; but no one wants to go to hell if they have any idea how terrible it really is. I wish with all my heart that we will all meet in heaven, including Marilyn Manson. He'll get used to the white linen shirt. (That's not a joke; everyone in heaven probably wears white.)

the last 15 minutes of your video are some of the most vicious and revolving circles of verbal vomit, I mean the last minutes of this video were somo of the most repetitive vicious circles ever in such a long speech. For real man, the final minutes of this video were the most boring and repetitive ever in a long speech like yours!

What is this guy talking about? When you take away the shocking stage persona, Marilyn Manson's music IS QUITE MEDIOCRE. Quite ordinary and even boring. It has no formal originality whatsoever. AND I BELIEVE THAT ANY MUSICIAN SHOULD BE JUDGED BY THE QUALITY OF HIS OR HER MUSIC FIRST AND FOREMOST. The rest in nothing more than anecdote. ART IS THE OPPOSITE OF ANECDOTE.

Uhmmm no. Clearly you didn't even spend 5 minutes to actually search and look through his lyrics. They're pretty poetic some of them and abstract. He IS original since anyone can tell it's Marilyn Manson and not any other artist. His lyrics are not AT ALL ordinary, you can interpretate them in a million different ways.
