Yep. Without the two the show doesn’t work. I tried season 10 but without casey it just lacked something and severides stories just don’t work so well without casey. The show should just pull it if they can’t do it right

I agree they need both Casey and Sereride back. I don’t like the direction the show is going. I don’t like the storyline with Stella and Carver where that is going. They have too many characters leaving or dying like Otis, like Chief Hawkins.

I agree with need Serveride and Casey. Main characters like Servide, Casey, Otis, and Gabby leaving are huge blows to this show. Serveride and Casey’s storylines just don’t work by themselves. Losing Chief Hawkins was a blow too.

There’s no CFD without Severide, Casey, Boden , Mouch, Herrman, Cruz, Sylvie , Capp, Tony, or the new favs , like Gallo, Violet, Ritter (love him!) etc. This show has the potential to go on forever, but the actors have to want it I guess. My heart was shattered when Shay died, like I couldn’t imagine the show without her. When Otis died, it was the same. We become so “invested “ in these character’s lives, that it makes some of us forget our own problems for that hour. I’m so glad I found this show, have seen every episode at least 5 times & hope they continue more seasons!!

I love the show as well but i don't feel one person makes that show. Who remembers when otis died and cruz cried like a baby that was a very powerful acting on his part and yes i had to fine some tissue for myself. In fact there are many more episodes where tissues were needed. So lets hope the writers go nowhere and the actors go nowhere. Let me also say im glad they included fire,police,and medical in the same show that was brilliant.

These main actors think they are greater than anything and go on and try new things and basically fail. It sounds to me the show has run it's course. I love the show but in the last seasons I got very disinterested in it. Sometimes these actors do not think about all of the others involved with the show and leave them behind.
