Anxiety is a feeling of excessive fear or worry that can be persistent and make it hard to do everyday things. There are different factors that can cause anxiety, including chemical factors like certain foods and drinks that can affect your body and brain.
It is important to address these underlying causes rather than relying solely on medication. We will also discuss and highlight the role of vitamins and minerals in managing anxiety symptoms.
If you are currently struggling with anxiety, this episode is for you! Join us LIVE Tuesday night at 6 PM Central!

I am here looking for success stories. I have been struggling with issues on and off for years. Am now post menopausal, can’t lose weight no matter how much I exercises. Always dealing with a new health issue. I have always been rail thin until about 12 years ago. My brother is a very bad celiac and I have an ANA titer test that is abnormal. I try to go gluten free but I don’t like a lot of carbs, so I end up low carb and my thyroid then gets worse. I end up with dizziness and fatigue, lightheaded and almost weak. Very dry skin and hair. I just feel depleted. I am bingeing on these videos in hopes of helping myself. Been to countless docs, countless vials of blood taken, etc. I just want to feel good again. I have been told I have several igG sensitivities on top of it.

My anxiety def stems from ID (without anemia) coupled with many years of no help from doctors. Progress has been made since I realized it was my ID. Also have added lots of other nutrients to my regimen, due to long term PPIs and antibiotics destroying my gut. I urge anyone who has anxiety to have your nutrients tested so you can know what to target, it's so important and don't let your doctor blow you off like mine wanted to. They don't think nutrition is important but it is! If you are testing for iron you must get a CBC, iron panel, and ferritin tested - ALL of it - not partial.

Hi, on what markers exactly do you notice that you had an iron deficiency? My Ferritin is at 70 some say thats good some say it must be 100.

@@clemensh6214 mine has all been all over in that general mid area, never super low but never higher either. Everyone is different so at what number a symptom occurs isn't the same for everyone. Women should maintain like 100-125. If you are experiencing symptoms that's the important part and means you need to work on it.

Conventional medicine it's been a failure I hope more people will stumble on your channel Dr. Osborne. All those who already found you they should share your link to every person they know. Great info dr. keep up your excellent work . Too bad your book "No grain no pain" is in english only from what I know. It would be great to have it translated to other laungages. When I talk about gluten's impact on human body people look at me if I have 2 heads on my neck. greetings from Poland

Thank you Dr. Osborn. Because of you I have found out about the dangers of Gluten! I have had digestive issues for a long time! After watching one of your videos on gluten which explained the effects of gluten on the body, I decided to eliminate it, and by what seemed like a miracle, in two days I noticed a definite decline in my symptoms! Wow I slept the whole night without waking with pain! Thank you, thank you so much! I ordered your book, and will join the gluten free society for sure! ☺️

Would long term stress from depression, such as dysthymia, be a reason to assume that maybe your blood vitamin and mineral levels might need to be higher than normal? For example having low end values within the reference ranges, but "ok" according to doctors, yet you're developing hypothyroidism and other illnesses seemingly out of nowhere.

Totally understand and makes sense And intend to stop the gluten foods But still been on half a dozen prescription pills Which have been on for three decades give or take So I am having a huge war against coming of them And been coming of them for three years now And with my anxiety and depression Which I have had for 35 years So would you suggest to stop the gluten foods and any other tips of foods or anything else in making coming of the meds a easier path As it has took my life over ? But great advice about the links between anxiety and other brain related issues Thanks and GODBLESS 🍀

Hi Dr. Osborne, My son regressed into autism at 3 years old, while he was still talking, he had extreme anxiety. So far from.what i know he has a lot toxins in his hair test amd he has HPHPA. So his gut has inflammation, high HP, low butyrate and fatty chains and low elastase. Are those wnough to.cause him.anxiety? The other day, he ate rice two days in row and he started being scared of taking shower and it went away when i switched to his regular diet. His words are.coming back, but his nervous system is not quiet. Thank you so much.for your educcaring us

I just started read Dr. Osbornes book "NO GRAIN NOPAIN." You will find important information to help your precious son. He will guide you even to the delicious receipies. Eating rice two days coused reaction shows the more you may need this book. Gluten test that I sent in was very easy to do. maybe you will consider this test for your son if he has'nt. As a mother I wish you all the best. This man will save many lives.

The nervous system needs healthy fats such as coconut oil, ghee, grass fed butter, fatty fish like salmon, Mackerel, and grass fed fatty meats. Fat nourishes the nervous system. Maybe even consider a keto or carnivore diet temporarily in order to get him right. Hope this helps!
