For your GRC/SOC efforts, I actually started a new community that will help a lot with this. It’s pretty good and works well, I’ve been providing at least one employment reference per week these days. Love your reference in self growth with the way of the superior man. I think when you step out as a leader you should focus on purpose as well as the balance in managing tasks or environments as things change in a project or with a team. I had a prior supervisor role in a different field now in tech. Change and evolving is a constant whether in tech or life. Great book.

The skills I respect are not really marketable skills all the time. but I think people who can do malware reverse engineering and exploit development are very cool. Marketable stuff I respect is probably anyone who can endure working in federal or local govt lol...
