Yeah, Cherry Audio stuff is pretty great. I have a number of their synths. One of my favorites, despite it seeming super basic is the SEM. Despite being a very simple module, you can get a lot out of it and it's got that classic Oberheim sound. I'm going to eventually get DreamSynth as it seems to have pretty much everything you could want in a "vintage" synth. Love your use of the breath controller.

I would like to talk with you about my situation, and how your thoughts could be very helpful to this synthesizer newbie.

Great video man! I haven’t used the Cherry Audio stuff myself (largely because I own the Arturia suite and there’s a lot of overlap there), but the MIDI controls here do look nice, and their synths always sound great when you play them! 🙌

Yes this looks great. And you run it on a tablet?

Windows 11 laptop with a Ryzen 7 processor. I think 16g RAM. Think it's like 8 core with 16 threads... which is handy when you're streaming and doing video or screen capture on one machine.

Cherry makes a lot of good plugins (I have all of them). DCO-106 is one of the only ones I really don't like (doesn't sound anything like a Juno-106).

I do like that one, but get what you're saying too.

Definitely the best developers in the vst space, but hardware still sounds better, noise and all

I prefer the sound of the VST.

@@marcinha1973 it's definitely cleaner and probably easier to work with, but I like the fuzz and hands on feel
