Omg. Your video just randomly popped up and I decided to watch for the heck of it- I don’t keep guinea pigs nor did I have any interest in them. But your video is SO entertaining!!! Honestly rabbits and guinea pigs are so much work but they lucky that they’re cute cuz I can’t get mad. My 2 bunnies literally somehow climbed up and knocked down a air plant of mine and ate it 😅 so vet appointment incoming😭(the things I do for love) and my piggies some how squeezed into a hole under my bottom cabinet that I didn’t know existed and went missing for a day and a half so yay how fun🤩. Seriously though they are great pets and I love em to death.

I love your videos 😂❤ For your older boy, have you tried Mary’s CBD cream? They sell it on the LA Guinea Pig Rescue site and it works wonders for arthritis and various pains. Also I was surprised that the cage was that clean after an hour! Very sus, I agree! 😅

Your piggies are so beautiful ❤ I have 10 piggies. I lost 1 last week 😢he was born with 1 working lung and 1 undeveloped lung. He only lived 21/2 years. I adopted (rescued actually) a pregnant piggy, the father of the pregnancy and their daughter from a previous litter almost a year ago. The baby had to have a bladder stone removed a month ago. There isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for them! I’m starting an indoor garden to help with the cost of vegetables ❤. Have fun and be happy with your babies

Also I use pine chips because it’s cheaper for me than all the extra laundry. Here in Florida the cost of everything is so high, doing laundry everyday isn’t sufficient

😂😂Loved your honesty!! I clean my cage once a day (cedar shavings) and there is no smell. But I only have two gp. I haven't tried fleece, seems while it nicer for view, it would require 50% more cleaning and work. I am old school, so haven't done this fad yet. But i do LOVE the new bigger spaces gp owners on internet are showing.❤❤

They are PRECIOUS!!! One thing I know, I had to think of it like well, they're prey animals, and it's their nature to be how they are, so, Oh well, some are cuddlier then others, some need slow steady taming, but they might not be the picking up cuddly type. Even my most nervous piggy now let's me pet her, she comes to me too, it takes about a year! They are alot of work, so when you get more then 3, 8t becomes alot of work! Guineadad liners are really good, they have the fluffy premium ones now, they're really good, and a 1by2 underneath their hay area is easier to clean too. I don't know, I think they're worth the work, but if you're a very busy person, it can become alot if you get more then a pair, or 3 at maximum. I have to say that they are just SO ADORABLE, and getting different hay, treats and veggies for them to try is really nice, it's good therapy and a good hobby, but you need to be organized, if my kids were little again, and they helped out, it would be easier too. Great video!

I have 2 guinea pigs and i use pine shavings and they're cage smells great and i only have to clean it 1 or 2 times a week and they're not that noisy They're names are Nacho and Peanut and they're amazing ❤😊❤❤

1:19 There are not a lot of poos maybe because Guinea pigs eat their own poop (yes, they do that, I’ve watched then do it and I too get disgusted) 4:01 Ahh yes, I know nothing about that (I have 6 Guinea pig and 2 of them are named bean and moon. Moon is VERY territorial so he would mount bean whenever they were in the same cage, before my Guinea pig sun passed away, he was moons brother, moon would mount him to ever since we got bean! So sadly, bean and moon both live alone but both don’t care)

Most joint supplements that I know of have glucosamine in them (not medications). It might take a bit to start working, but it will build up around the joints and will slow down the arthritis if that's what he has. If you could avoid the baths as much as possible, that would be best. Could you just give them bum baths? 🌷🐹💗

They do poop SO MUCH i have 2 little taters. on a daily basis i spot clean 4 times a day! they're messy pigs but they're worth it.

Oh believe me I know the poo factory work lol......I have eight pigs over five cages, and four rabbits!!!!! We have a couple of older boys, one has arthritis and is on pain meds.
