@ the cold probably pushed them into the middle until the pond levels out temp wise. The reeds are an excellent place to throw some swim baits for bass if nothing else is hitting. Another close pond to try if that’s not doing so hot is EastMark pond. There is also “painted sky park” that literally just finished their pond too. I haven’t tried that one out yet but it’s brand spanking new (not sure if it’s stocked yet though). I’ve wanted to fish the canals but they dried them up for cleaning and they won’t get water for another month or two I believe.

This Pond has not been stocked in years. The HOA simply refuses to take care of it. One of the only reasons bass are in there is because they have been relocated from other Private Ponds by residents. I first fished it about 12 years ago, and it has simply declined to mostly tilapia over time.

Typically farm ponds US. Diesel AZ allow dam off a creek into a big pond? A 99° pipe top of it regulates your pond level water kicks back into the other side of the creek dam. Once it's filled if 100 gallons flow in 100 flow out creek flow unobstructed but it is obstructed to fill your pond.

I am not against eating fish in the community ponds that are stocked for out and take. I more dont agree with people taking fish out of the catch and release ponds that do not get regularly filled up.

@@TheFishinMagician20 exactly....the HOA dont want to have to restock because people taking fish out, indiscriminate of size too. you cant say dont take the large breeder fish...its take them or not. i live in an hoa, the fish are protected cand r only everything is big, bluegills 12inch, crappies 14to16inch, bass 2to8lbs, catfish 17to20lbs. always small fish too because they are making more breeding. restocks are expensive and the homeowners rates increase when they have to do it. the water is mostly irrigation water, catch and release is the smart way to manage your ponds when you have a good balance of species
