To minimize scrubbing the pan just put water and boil after cooking. All the oils and burnt grease comes out instantly

Judy, Barkeepers Friend is ideal for cleaning that pan, I've used it for over 25 years. Boiling it with an inch or so of water, low boil for 15 min, turn off, cover it for a few more minutes, then get Barkeepers ready.

Judy the trick to cook good longganisa is put a little bit of water in the pan + oil and let it boil and simmer. Cook until the water is gone. This way it makes the longganisa juicier and no burned sugar on the pan. Instead you'll get longganisa "sauce". Taste really good when you put that sauce on rice. Also poke holes in the longganisa before cooking so it won't explode.

Tip: To remove burnt grease on a pan 👉🏻 Put water on the pan (up till the middle), turn on the stove from low-medium, once its starting to heat, slowly remove the burnt grease using spatula (mix, mix, mix). I love skinless langunisa. I haven't been to the movie theater in since covid happened. The cinima theater closed at our mall near us. I live in Chicago. Never knoe the weather. Went to a outside car show and first two hrs being their, it was down pooring raining. We got really wet, rhen dried cuz it got hot afterwards

When my mom cooks longonesia and the pan burns like that she pours water in the pan and boils it til the water starts bubbling and lets its sit for a few minutes and it cleans up really easy.

Those bags that go in a crock pot that are heat safe would probably be safer to use in a sous-vide. I don't know about ziplock...if it says it's microwave safe then it's probably okay. Those plastic chemicals can be pretty toxic.

They started “baby led weaning” a few months ago so she can explore food with different textures and learns to feed herself. And i think it’s just easier for her to pick up the food with her hands at this point in development.

You do not have to scrub the pan so much. You put white vinegar in the hot pan and let it stand for a few hours it just comes clean so easily
