I have more faith in this lady who happens to be a very passionate biochemist, and has done a whole lot of research on these topics and hacks and has tested them herself then I do in my own self research. She is trying to help you and me and guess what it’s free! I love that she is doing all she can to help everyone that is willing to accept her help. And to top it off she is super smart and while you guys are eating your sugar I am following her hacks.

Thank you for sharing this interview, Peter! Jessie's mindset regarding food seems healthy. I made some big changes to diet & exercise about a year ago because I didn't want to cave & start taking diabetes medication, which my doctor said she would prescribe if I didn't bring my blood sugar down. Scared straight!

I agree with a savory breakfast. But add good fat with your proteins. Your brain needs fats. If you must have your sweets and carbs, starches and even veggies (90% are toxic with high oxalate levels) and can't or won't control the bad eating habits, the hacks she came up with will help your cravings and mine 🤷‍♂️🍨🍰🥧🍬🍭🍩🍪🥂🍷🍸🍾

Two meals in a day. 0 to 45 minutes time to eat one meal . Insulin secrets once in every time you eat and last it up to 45 minutes without further secretion. Stop sugar, soda, cold drinks , packed food, sweet things ,fastfood to weight loss.High Insulin levels in blood is culprit of all disease in our body.

@@gordonstewart8258 eating eggs or remains from last night dinner chicken etc such heavy food gor breakfast is really REALLY not advisable and really not appetising yet the consequences to this shouldn’t BE something as extreme as metabolic syndrome and deadly disease. I’m sure there’s a balance. A middle road right?

I work in the school district in the U.S. Poptarts are given to the underprivileged students for "free breakfast." They sit in the cafeteria all day long, and they can grab them at lunch, too. 😮 It's SO frustrating and counterproductive for these little people. Their behavior problems skyrocket after they eat this. 🫣 Why can't we give them a scoop of scrambled eggs instead?

There is Deliberate attempt by some in Govt to add Sugar to everything. It's not sugar industry, its Big Pharma that gets most profits , by spreading disease. What's so tough to introduce regulations on Sugar addition ? Useless govts. ???

What your not taking into consideration though is that way back when food and sweets were not nearly as toxic as they are now..and they certainly weren't eating up to 17 times a day. The toxic load from many different Avenues also plays into this immensely..things are no longer as wholesome as it was back in the day and nowhere near the amount of genetically modified foods.

Are you doing carnivore by chance? I'm just curious because I personally can't rely on these hacks to kick a carb addiction. The only thing they do for me is very temporary, although I won't deny they did me some good last month when I tried them. But to be honest, the savory breakfast one made me start to realize I should just make every meal that way. So then I just started eating carnivore and thereby eliminating all addictive carbs, and I am already doing much better! There is no need for any of these hacks, except I wonder if taking vinegar before my meals might help protein to not cause a glucose spike. All I can say is I'm three days in, and I have no cravings! I eat buttery scrambled or fried eggs with bacon every morning, some lunch meat or leftover meat for lunch, and some beef for dinner. Eat to full, and I am good to go! I'm not even really hungry at lunch and may give that meal up soon!
